Refunds and Cancellation Policy

By making a payment, either in cash or by deposit or bank transfer, to the account shown on our home page, you affirm that you are aware of and accept our refund and cancellation policies.

REFUND FOR COURSES, CLASSES, CONFERENCES, AND WORKSHOPS

If you seek a refund up to 8 calendar days before the event, you will receive a full refund.

If you seek a refund three calendar days before the event, you will be returned 50% of your purchase.

If you seek a refund fewer than three days before the event date or do not attend the event, you will not be able to get a refund or utilize the amount paid as a credit for future courses.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions because we cover the comparable sum as well as the venue's logistics charges in advance. The request for reimbursement to proceed should always be submitted through email to:info@learn4gain.com / support@learn4gain.com, with the following details:

  • Name of the participant
  • Bank to which the account number belongs
  • Interbank account number and number
  • Proof of payment
  • Brief reason for requesting reimbursement (used for statistics)
 

The date of receipt of your mail will be used to calculate the percentage to be refunded.

The refund period will depend on the payment method you used, but it should never exceed seven working days from the moment we confirm, through email, that we are aware of your request.

Tickets cannot be transferred from one event to another or from the same event on various dates or online.

ONLINE COURSES, SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS (DISTANCE LEARNING ONLINE MODE)

There is no refund for a recorded online course once payment has been received due to the system's setting and security requirements.

Because these courses are not face-to-face, no adjustments may be made, and YOU have the choice of selecting the one you like.

The validity period for taking any online course or downloading the material (if applicable) is 60 calendar days from the date of payment. We ask that you read the instructions that were provided to you along with the link and your access in order to fully enjoy the online course.

After you begin reproducing the course, workshop, class, or lecture, it will be available for use in the active system for a certain period of time (hours). Following this period, the system will immediately deactivate the product online.

 

REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES PURCHASED THROUGH THIRD PARTIES.

We are unable to accept refunds for courses purchased through third parties. We cannot execute a refund since we do not have a transaction record because we did not complete the initial payment. Furthermore, we recommend contacting the company directly to get a refund.
